Would experience in the margin department of a brokerage aid in eventually transitioning into a credit risk/credit analyst role?

How difficult is it to transition into banking when your experience in mainly from Fortune 500 businesses like FP&A?

Are companies starting to require hybrid schedules? I'm waiting to hear from a potential remote opportunity that's located in another state and I'm not looking to relocate at all. A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid. Ultimately my friend declined.

Any advice? i’m interviewing for a lead product role at a small startup - for context I was an associate pm a few years ago, shifted to product marketing, and looking to move back. seems like they need someone to set up a lot of their best practices and refine the roadmap/ vision- any tips on how to prep or questions you’ve heard would be appreciated!

First year associate thinking about making the just from medium sized reputable IP firm to In House. Started at said firm summer of 1L year as a law clerk/patent agent in May 2019, have worked through school and full time as associate since Sept 2021. Feeling very “stuck” in day to day work. Maybe in the future opening up my own firm. Any advice on what career move to make next in order to accomplish this? CFP requires 3 years of relative experience.
