They do audits and the higher you move up the more likely they become. Overall probably not worth the risk. Why dont you want to report? Almost all the major brokerages can be set up automatically now.

A few senior managers just lost out on promotion to partner this year for doing just that! Not worth it OP!

Yes and you will get hit with either a financial penalty (losing PBB) or get fired. Just report it.

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

I like where I'm at now but my entire friend/family base is back in my home state. I'm not running for the door, but my long term plan is to go back. Am I just making it harder on myself the longer I stay here?

Admitted 2021, both states are same region and both UBE, if that helps.

My peers who left from here have got offers above 25 LPA.
Referrals are welcome :)

I’m currently a junior associate in a boutique litigation firm handling IP. I’ve taken a depo already, will argue in court next month and by all accounts, I am great at it. But I’m miserable. I find the games with opposing counsel exhausting and I despise writing briefs (even if I’m good at it). My pre-law school job was in public relations and I chose litigation because I like to win, but I’m now realizing I like success more than the win-lose. Feeling lost… should I move to transactional?

Just wanted to share this with people who would understand. Had 4 IEP meetings last week. When the case manager asked one mother if she had any concerns she said her only concern was that her kindergarten son with autism loved me so much she was afraid of him being promoted and being out of my room. I told her not to worry, in our program I will have him for 2 more years. Boy that made me feel good.

I got offer from TCS in February and accepted the offer letter.
My BGC is done.

But my current company (Capgemini) is retaining me with the same package tcs offered. I also got one more offer from cognizant also , which is little bit higher than tcs ans Capgemini.

Can someone please let me know now if i am not joining TCS are they going to blacklist my candidature. Or can i apply in TCS again.

Also please suggest should i get retained or join new company ( TCS / CTS).
