Would getting a PRN position in a skilled nursing facility effect my qualification to get into my first RN Residency Position? I want to work PRN anywhere until I can get accepted into a residency program but I dont want it to disqualify me for the required, "Less than a yr experience" for a residency program. Im not sure if this is less than a year exp in acute care or any position as an RN. Anyone have the same question & concern yet found their way around it? Appreciate my Fishbowl nurses!

I am employed by a company with great benefits and prospects but with recent changes nd culture and I'm not sure if its direction is inline with my future. They changed my role, not the pay There has been a lot of turn over to IQVIA with salary of acct managers at base of 90k and unlimited PTO; is that true? Anyone from IQVIA can comment on culture, work/life, and base pay for account/clent managers? research shows regional acct managers make base of 96k but I'm making 76k with MBA, 15 yrs exp.

Hello everyone! I am interviewing at another company for a HR Generalist Contract position at Adobe and when they asked me what my pay expectations are, I asked them what their pay range and expectations were for this role. She let me know she was unable to tell me, yet still wanted me to give an answer. Do you believe that’s fair?
