Would it be wrong of me to put in my two weeks after receiving my bonus, accrued PTO payout, and first check after promotion?

There’s nothing wrong about putting in two weeks. Fly free bird! Fly!

No, you earned every penny! That was for past work, not future.

Sounds like a better time than two weeks before. You earned that based on last year’s contributions. Why it is paid out so late is beyond me.

Get your money we are just a number to these firms!

They'd cut you the week before if they needed to. Do not feel guilty.

Bro you’re good lol totally fine. I think what’s worst is leaving during busy season. But the past year that’s been normalized. Haha

This is for a guidewire role.

Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Thanks in advance!

I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited about. Their initial offer was 10K more than the top of the salary range they gave me for the position when I asked during the interview process and at the top end of the salary requirements I set for myself. My partner thinks I should still negotiate for more even though I’m happy with the offer. Am I an idiot if I don’t negotiate in this case? Realistically, I don’t think I’d get much more than that, but should I negotiate out of principle?

What is the BA continuum allowance , can we get that money in our monthly salary and this BA continuum allowance have tax exemption?

So ideally you would have revenue of $510k. If the staff takes less time partners make less money and if they take more time partners make more money while the staff keeps the same salary?
