I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall.
