I know I have the transferable skills, however I’m struggling to sell my skills when I’m up against people who have had previous consulting experience. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

When considering other offers, how do you determine what health insurance is worth? For example, my current insurance is a low deductible family plan that includes vision and dental, with an FSA option. It is the first plan we have been on that I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket and struggled to use my FSA. I know other companies could not match that coverage. Do I increase my desired base salary to compensate?

more likely to come in as an AC first, not a C unless proven otherwise during the interviews. Should I even consider this opportunity since it might be a 'step-down’ from my current position, and might not look as good in my resume? Is it true levels at ZS are higher than other firms, MBB, B4, T2?
