What are BCG fit interview questions like in decision round? Straightforward classic behaviorals? Or will there be some curve balls?

Why are average salaries in UK and EU looks much less compared to US for similar role, even with higher tax rates? Is it factoring in benefits such as free healthcare, education etc? Or is it just a matter of demand/supply?

So giving my scenario and asking to you where is my fault in this.
First the company came to our campus giving the JD for Marketing.
While withing the first round of interview they changed it to SAP domain.
I got recruited as I was a fresher.
Then once I got my offer letter they have alloted me to Oracle.
I thought all of my batchmate are going to functional side, I will be with them.
Then they send me to Technical Oracle domain., which comprises of coding and all.

Does anyone work in cybersecurity? I'm very interested working on fixing vulnerabilities and security patches. How did you transition into your position?

I am torn about 2 offers I have (one I've accepted at a v10, & the practice i'm joining is band 1 ranked), and an in-house role where the hours would be much less, and the pay cut somewhat steep. Pros of the firm job are (1) $ since we are trying to buy a house and (2) It will hopefully be easy to go in-house after a few years at the firm. The in house gig is at a fintech firm that sounds amazing (great culture, hours are 9 to 6, and the work sounds ideal for me). I have 2 small kids. Advice?

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

I was hired by a company that is paying me a ridiculous amount of money to do my job, but they lied to me, they lied to all of the new hires. This isn’t underwriting, this is a call center. We aren’t even allowed to answer coverage questions when the agents call. The call volume is INSANE - like 70+ calls a day. There’s no actual underwriting happening, and I don’t know what to do. The money is great, but the job is a joke. I’ve been here for 2 months and I want out. Advice?

I am currently working as a L3 HR associate partner and is looking to move into a L4 HR partner role but my manager keeps saying I should shadow someone in order to know whether the L4 role is for me. Does it make sense that they’re asking me to do this or should I just go ahead and apply for these L4 roles? I kinda feel like it’s a strategy to keep me in my current role.
