I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?

Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. On top of that my knowledges and skills are doubted? Is this usual in consulting firm ? How should I deal with that ?
