Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

Ageism laid bare. This is the sad reality of the business. Agency leaders who linger into their 60s, who have completely dismissed the value of their contemporaries to keep themselves afloat. Shame on you Mark Read.

Um no adcom would not waste their time interviewing a candidate that they’re not interested in. Best of luck to you!
Don’t let that imposter syndrome creep in before your acceptance. If you got the interview you are qualified for those schools. Adcom would not waste their time as well as alumi’s time to conduct interviews if they didn’t think you could potentially contribute to their programs. Just try your best on executing during the interviews.
Nah. Ain't nobody got time for that

They saw something interesting in your profile…. Don’t discount how good you are
I felt the same exact way. Did some digging and came across this from someone’s independent analysis on GMAT Club. Really helped me realize, much as others are saying, that they wouldn’t interview you just to reject you. You have a realchance! It’s from 2016, but I imagine it’s rather accurate for today too. Which schools?
They take waitlist potential applicants just as seriously. Outside of HSW, yields are under 60%. Means they churn through that waitlist
Well they also accept more ppl than their class sizes to account for the yield rates - they only tap into the waitlist when less ppl accept than expected
