Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

I have an upcoming interview for an internal transfer/promotion into an L4 workforce staffing role and wanted to see if I could get some insight as to what I should expect for the interview and what exactly the role entails such as responsibilities and daily tasks. I stated my desired income on the very first call and this response was "keep in mind the sign on bonus".
To me that meant the will not meet my requirement.
I did get a job offer from them.... 8K less than what I asked for.

Hi All. What is the best way to allocate 25 Lakh INR in savings into different investments to maximize returns. I recently moved out of India so Tax rebate is not a consideration for me.
