I recently found out that my current “position” was making over 3k more than I do in 2014, 16k more in 2019 based on contracts that I accidentally found…. I now do two double the work as I am the only one fully trained to do so. How can I bring this up and demand a raise?

Question, when you know you made it to the final round and have had nothing but glowing feedback from the interviewers. How long do you expect to wait for an offer, rejection, follow up? This is a mid-senior management position which I am well qualified for. I am just new to the tech space.

Side note, we talked compensation and start date already.
