Hi, I have 6 yrs of experience in P2P process and performing as a backup lead currently my package is 3.86pa, I planned to move IT so choose Data Science and completed when I asked to HR he said data science freshers not hired in TCS if you want move to IT do DBA sql will move to IT and for 1 yr tha package will not change after 2 yrs you can try out side and show total of 8yrs experience in DBA then you will get double the package.
