Hello Fishes, I am working in TCS as a Project Manager (Non IT banking project). YoE 10+, CCTC 9LPA. Want to get long term onsite opportunity by up-skilling myself. What tech stack should I choose to learn and whether it is possible to get long term onsite for a professional like me.Tata Consultancy
I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Don’t approach the client. Read over your agreement and if you see no conflicts, apply. I did that and because my app had the right elements, HR escalated it to my client and then he came to me to discuss. Much better than you approaching the client for a referral.
Hm, I’d be much more concerned that in your approach the client, were he not interested in employing you, would have to go to your leadership and tell them. As in they now have an “official” trail to follow with the app, their HR, and any contract stuff that may be involved.
Just talking to them you could both be much more circumspect/use more discretion. Ya know?
