Always better to leave a job on a high when you’re liking things than when you’re burned out, frustrated, or desperate for change.
Agree, especially because you don’t really know what the other job will be like until you’re in it.
I guess the advantage of leaving on a high note with good respect from your colleagues is that you’ll likely be welcomed back if it doesn’t work out.
