If the body is still there, no.
Kinda weird you’re making light of the situation. Even if you’re not spiritual someone still took their own life there in those surroundings.
I'm not superstitious but I still wouldn't move there. I think even on my happiest days, I'd remember and feel the sadness. Its one thing to live with that grief because you lost somone you knew and loved -- but why would you sign up for it?
No. I'm religious enough to believe demons linger. Skipped out on buying a cemetery house for that reason.
Just sage it. Get a medium in there to get rid of any ghosts
Depends if you’re spiritual or not, personally, major turn off and I wouldn’t live in it. If I got it for a good deal, I’d think about renting it out, but even then it’s iffy

Rising Star
Sure. He’ll forget about once it’s filled with your stuff and it feels like home. And you can honor the dead person by being happy there.
Probably not, if it was a violent end, unless the room where it happened was remodeled/rebuilt from the studs.
Nope
What do you love more- The house or your husband?
Happy wife, happy life- it’s always been good advice for men, so I would recommend trying it in the situation…
Hmm, I would but I'd buy it as a rental not to personally live in it
