No, I bought a mansion for less with a pool in Katy Texas!

Probably not a diverse area. Only good for some folks…
Yes. That would get you a 1200 sq ft gut where I live.
I like the house! But I have no knowledge to put the price into context in that area.
I just purchased a complete fixer upper (it’s down to the studs right now), 1,400 sq ft 2/2 for $400k near downtown Dallas.

I wouldn’t. It’s august and there’s snow on the ground.
Lol, it's Minnesota. We have snow on the ground all year round. It's inches in summer vs feet other seasons.
If they’re selling it as-is I wouldn’t. If they finished the concrete work landscaping and grading maybe.
Agreed. Our last house was new construction in Phoenix in 2019 by a national builder - no front or backyard landscaping was included. Just dirt and construction debris and a requirement by the HOA that we landscape within six months of closing.
ETA: I like that house! Also no idea of area comps to put in in context, but if you can afford it and love it, and it’s not overpriced, go for it!
Absolutely not. You can find much nicer for less in surrounding areas.
Assuming you live around area and speaking from experience, right!
