I don’t think it would make sense for your coach to confront about this if they didn’t observe the behavior personally. They should guide you in reporting it if you want to, though. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable confronting someone on a situation I wasn’t a part of.

If it is directed at you, I would absolutely say something. It depends on the situation on whether to do it right then and there or later in private. Depending on severity and intentions, you may also choose to share with your coach and/or HR.
If you witness it, it depends on the situation whether you should interfere right there. But most certainly share with your coach and/or HR.
Rising Star
It’s not your job to ensure there’s a workplace free of harassment, it’s the job of your leadership. If you observe something, no need to put your neck in the line. Tell your mentor or coach and let them handle it. They’re the leaders in the org.
