Started at a new firm a recently. I’m a little anxious about my growth opportunities. I’ve been working and billing like crazy, but the firm essentially charges insurance rates - but also are really conservative about billing and cut my hours a lot. It seems they’re really happy with my work. They’ve brought up the issue of my time and said I should be able to capture my time as long as I break the entries up more. Hi All, I had interviewed(technical+manager) for TCS last Saturday (5th Feb) and yesterday I received mail for submitting documents. YOE: 2.4 Front end Angular/ionic developer. My current CTC is 4 lpa I'm holding an offer of 8 lpa. When meeting was scheduled I had told 15-20 percent more than the current offer I'm holding now i.e 8 lpa. I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do.
