I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Yes - did that for my last interview - we didn't even talk about it. But it showed them my style and allowed us to have a pre conversation on some points prior to our interview through email.
It really helped us align and make sure we were the right fit for each other. I think it was a good approach.
My firm makes ppl do this so we filter out more bad candidates, but honestly I think it just scares off good candidates.
Done it a couple of times, it's fine and what the market demands depending on the company.
