It depends. Sometimes, starting with a higher title can mean less opportunity to move up but also more responsibilities and expectations. So a 27% increase in reality may actually not be a lot when switching companies.

If you like your current employer and they offer non monetary compensation like respect, autonomy, choice, training, network, etc then maybe stay but…
Tell them you got a 27% offer increase. They won’t match it but they will give you a max raise which will be like 10-15% today.
