Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Jump and keep on jumping. Get better money and better titles elsewhere. Come back to your current firm in a few years with a title and a salary that matches your true worth.
I was just about to say this
Get the offer and intend to take it. When you tell your current firm they might match. Best of both scenarios!
All those other things have value. You just have to weigh what they're worth to you. As someone with a lack of work life balance, I'd say if you've got it pretty good where you're at and you're living comfortably... why leave?
So it sounds like you're not living comfortably - I'd jump ship, in that case.
I am in the same boat

I feel for both of you. Neither of you sound like you really want to leave. It’s minimal risk to ask for what you are worth at your current company. Do the research, show them the market and what competition is, show what you’ve accomplished and let yourself shine. Then, ask for what you’d like. If they balk, that says a lot about what you’re giving up for them.
I’m literally in the same boat!!! I just can’t decide…
Are you financially comfortable right now? Would you like working for the other company - culture, people, mission, reputation, etc.? All things to consider. Have you spoken with your current company about your financial future? Money is a key factor, for sure, but so is your overall happiness. If you really like your job now, see what you can do to make it work. If they can’t/won’t give you what you want/need financially, just be sure that you won’t be giving up more than you’re getting if you leave (in terms of non-financial things).
I would leave for higher pay 100%
