What do people recommend for start-up relevant marketing resources/books/personalities/podcasts?
I have a lot of enterprise marketing experience, but making a jump to a startup and want to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

My (boutique) agency believes that marketing = being really good at ad buying. I am a current PE associate who was placed by CPI in 2021. I want to lateral to another PE firm but soooo many PE firms use CPI as their headhunter. CPI is contractually prohibited from sending me lateral opportunities because my firm is a CPI client (and CPI would lose their commission if I left before my 1 year was up). How do I apply for associate roles at CPI clients (which most PE firms are) given this?

Do PE firms hire tech experts to help with Tech DD or they mainly rely on consultants? I’m quite interested in going “in house”. I am part of Bain’s IT practice and work at intersection of CDD and TDD.
