Stay with managers you like this is better for your career if you plan to climb at your company, if you are trying to build your resume explore other projects
It is important to work with other managers and expand your network. If you can, work on projects with the new managers and stay in contact / help on proposals, practice growth, etc. with the manager you like so you stay close and can always go back and work for him/her when the opportunity fits.

I enjoy the diversity. But having than had to do a few times with not so skilled partners made me stick to the same ones. I‘d say on the junior ranks, go out and explore. As of Manager it might be worth sticking to a few that also sponsor you through the ranks

What if I can get different work experiences under the same managers? Do you all think it would be better to network and meet other individuals or to stick with the same managers?
