Would you rather A) have a four day work week in the office with Fridays off or B) Five day work week with only 2 days in the office and the other three remote

Just got return to office email. People can start coming in 6/1 but still limited access. Seems like September will be a more official return. They’ve said 75% of us will remain hybrid wfh/in office after that (NYC)

Does A&M CPI practice have a Mac option? May be accepting an offer at A&M but my current WFH setup is all Mac based items. Does A&M give any money for WFH setup?

Does anyone work from home doing insurance reviews and appeals that could give me any insight on what its like? I've heard some people love it, others hate it. I was informed this morning that after the first of the year I will be on call every other weekend which was not part of the terms when I was hired so I'll be looking for a new employer. I do a few prior auths for my current job and I like doing it. I think I would like doing it full time but is it enjoyable when it's all you do? Thanks!

On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being not annoying at all, and 10 being infuriatingly obnoxious…how bad is it to apply for a job in another state, with no plans to relocate, and asking to work remotely from your current location? As far as I know some people at this org are working fully remote but it’s a case by case basis. There’s also a corporate office nearby, but that is not where the position is listed as based from…should I do it and see what happens?
