EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

They both hire from each other to the point of being the same.
I’m at ACN and am hating life lol. Think I’d like to end up FAANG but considering if I need to go MBB for a bit first
Haven’t even started interviewing. But one of the FAANGs has been my client for 12 months so hoping to leverage that to get a full time job there

If you can get FAANG go FAANG. Most people go MBB with the hope of getting FAANg
Just not true lol
MBB. I’d rather be part of the revenue generating arm where I’m working - nothing against S&O roles at FAANG because they’re phenomenal; the other option just is a better fit for me and what I’m aiming for.
Whatever had a better WLB

FAANG
True. FAANG. Although maybe not Amazon
That’s one thing I got going for me at ACN: a relaxing 9-5 secure Covid job
MBB to start off; it’s easier to go from MBB to FAANG than vice versus
I interviewed for FAANG strategy and ops roles a few years back, then ultimately decided to stay with ACN because I didn't want to work with ex-MBB. I've had fun doing different digital strategy / innovation work for clients since, been fairly happy with my raises, and stand by my career decision.
