Did anyone use an MBA application consultant?
Solid companies in the EU that hire entry level product managers from an MBA? I have a finance background in a tech start up, and I’m polishing my Python and SQL skills. Visited a few tech companies in Amsterdam (Booking.com, TomTom, etc) and I was wondering if there are any well known opportunities or programs.

Sorry for the snarky reply- but if you have to ask this question, it is better that you invest in the real estate. You will not appreciate the value of a top tier MBA. Again, dont mean any offence. We live by the paradigms we know and there are mindsets which we have grown up with which is difficult to change.
M7 will be worth it even after going into debt. Then you can buy the whole tier 1 city
Not sure how they're at the same level. One benefits you for life and the other is uncertain.
Just to clarify a tier 1 city where in the long run there is high probability property value will appreciate and I’m also thinking about debt and opportunity costs of going to school if you already work in consulting
Both
What if you don't have money for both?

What do you want to do with your career? If you want to own and manage a bunch of rental properties for yourself and that’s really it then an mba might not be worth it. If this is a side gig and you want a career in business or maybe scaling that real estate play into something bigger then a top tier MBA could be very helpful.

Well i got mine with 6YOE but that was long ago. These days the YOE is lower maybe 3 or 4 years? You should look at average ages I think many programs post profiles.
MBA is less risky, there’s always a market for MBAs, who knows what the market will be like for real estate next year
