YOE is 4 years.

CIBER(Banking client) : 14 LPA ( Asking me to confirm EOD then only they will release offer letter, team will be there in project)
UST global (Hybrid Cloud Services client, 11.7 LPA , 50K JB ,Individual Contributor Role Open for negotiations they will also release offer letter on Saturday)
Both companies have not given offer letter yet and are saying will release offer letter only when I confirm them that I am joining in their firm.

As business analysts is it necessary that we attend our stakeholder’s internal meetings where they discuss and finalize their internal processes such as their internal business rules or we only meet them when they already have those altogether? Or it depends?I do both, and I am supporting one of the applications in that project on how the application is supposed to function and all that but just wondering if that is the standard. Thanks!

Left consulting 6 months ago and just feel like i got off a money making hamster wheel: every hour of your day is optimised for max billability , we charged clients outrageous amounts and budgeted half the actual time required for projects and to top off all that partners always ask us to OVERdeliver. I’m an introvert in consulting. I get along well with my teams but have found that when projects get busy my social battery plummets and I have zero motivation to network and meet new people. I’ve received feedback that Im doing great work I just need to ‘talk myself up more’ and promote myself. I love the diversity of consulting but I know you can only go so far before your role basically just turns into sales.
