Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

WFH, with the option to fly in once a month would be ideal.
WFH. I cannot imagine traveling again 😩
I don’t want to wake up at 4am on a Monday to fly ever again (unless I’m flying to vacation). I’d be ok with part-time travel when it’s really needed, but the weekly Mon-Thurs slog is so unnecessary.

Wow same. Same. It is just so obviously not needed to deliver the work

WFH. Actively applying to only fully remote positions

How are you doing that?
Wfh is nice. I can build a life!

WFH please!

Travel. I love that aspect of consulting. Without it, might as well work in industry and gain better benefits. I’d be ok compromising to traveling 2 wks/mo.

Wfh and travel when I want to for fun. I went to industry because the 3/4am wake up call on Monday mornings/leaving Sunday nights were just not worth it in the long run. Granted, now I find it harder to maintain my status as I only airbnb it but it’s whatever 🤷♀️

Someone in management pls send this to c-suite 🙃😉

I think it will be hard for partners to qualify the need for travel after these past 13 months. It may be a few years of trying to get us back on the road. I think this pandemic has really changed consulting for awhile.

At Kearney they have a scale that project leadership will use in determining how much we should/can travel on engagements. It’s early but leadership has been pretty open about not rushing back to airports.
After a year of staying only in my town, I def feel the itch to travel for work!

Wfh or work from our local office would be ideal. Maybe travel for major steer co and kick off meetings. Other than that the travel is too draining and lonely when you have a life back home.
Travel...I hate my home city 🙃
Am planning on it as soon as my lease is up in August! Can’t come soon enough
