The 20 hour one 100%! Unless you absolutely need the higher pay. You can always supplement income as a consultant etc. Life's too short to work 55 to 60 hour weeks.
3x the hrs for 25% increase in pay? Couldn’t be me
120 forever. The upside of what I can do with all that other time with no (or little) stress is too significant to pass up in this income scenario you provide.

Depends on career stage. I opted for the harder path now to level up my skills but then definitely would pick choice A later.
Pro
Ironic that in the consulting bowl I'm the only one that picked the harder path.
1st easy. You can grown your career with external activities during your down time.
20 hours without a doubt - gives you plenty of time to chase your real goals. You can easily make up that marginal income if you want (~$20 per hour). 30 grand per year more is not worth the stress of double hours
150k one cuz I'm 23 😈

I’d pass on taking on the equivalent of a full time minimum wage job.

Minimum wage is half that, just FYI
120k and find ways to make that extra 30k with the additional time.
Ran into this very question last year. Ended up going with the latter. If I had kids, other personal responsibilities, etc. to worry about probably would have gone with the former though.
How's the longterm stability of option A? Unless you're in government or medicine you can't count on always having the job. Building your skills is importance
120k always
What is your 5 year salary growth forecast? If the former is flat and the later can double your salary in that time, it’s worth considering.
150k because I’ll learn more which will set me up for the future (I’m in my early 20s rn). But as I get older, it’ll transition to the 120k. Currently have a salary of >100k working 20 hours per week but am not learning much. Looking for other opportunities atm

This should be switched. 20 hrs high stress. 55-60 hrs no stress. Then it would make sense.
Why would I purposely work most of my week where I am always stressed, just for 30k more. I can use the rest of my time to find another gig.
Pro
Because this is actually the consulting vs industry case: we've all chosen the hard road for more experience and potentially more money. Ironic that the responses do align to reality.
