I left my previous job that has great benefits (~$250k), good job security, decent career trajectory but so underworked that I was bored out of my mind ( mostly 20-30 hrs/wk ). I could have cruised for a few more years but the lack of work drove me crazy enough to look for something else.
That’s how I feel right now! I am currently in #2 but moved there from #1. The lack of work is driving me insane. I just don’t know what the right move is. Do I try and go back to my old job?
Look for better options. Stay in #2 so you have more time and energy to hunt for an option better than #1.
