So giving my scenario and asking to you where is my fault in this.
First the company came to our campus giving the JD for Marketing.
While withing the first round of interview they changed it to SAP domain.
I got recruited as I was a fresher.
Then once I got my offer letter they have alloted me to Oracle.
I thought all of my batchmate are going to functional side, I will be with them.
Then they send me to Technical Oracle domain., which comprises of coding and all.

So my supervisor over preschool was making site ‘visits’ last week. So the director was in my classroom not wearing a mask and was not practicing social distancing. What can I do(The director is not a person you can reason with. Talks down to the teachers)? Any advice?
Clarification: The reason for the site visit is that the ECE department is up for review this year and all admin are snapping at us for every little thing. Anything else then perfection is not acceptable.

So I have my bachelors in early childhood education (non licensure) and I just got my masters in special education with a certificate in autism. I am in a love hate relationship with teaching right now. I have so many amazing students who make working every day a joy. However, I have about four that are rude and blatantly disrespectful. I try to remember they are teens and think they know it all, but it is getting old after 20 years.

In May, I learned that I would not be getting renewed due to COVID. I spent all summer worried about the future and what would happen if my diabetic husband got sick. I ended up getting a job out of state with a district and a governor that takes things seriously while my old zip code is a major NYC Covid Hotspot that the governor put under major restriction. I’m so glad I am where I am now.

This year our staff meetings have become stressful. People struggle to politely disagree, and I feel like we’re reprimanded for weird things (like too many people taking the same sick day). Any advice
