I went once 3 years ago and it was worth it ($300 bucks) just to clarify some of my misconceptions. I still apply what I learned more so than following the proposed meal plans that I received at the time.
What are some of those things you learned?

Yes. For me it helps with the travel. She keeps me on track because I know someone will be checking in on my weight / BMI etc every 2 weeks. She answers my questions, guides me on what to do, and (my favorite part) talks me off the ledge when I’m not losing weight like I want - usually bc of some muscle vs fat shifting that is ultimately positive but I wouldn’t know without her.
Check out what your insurance might offer through your company. I have a nutritionist through newtopia and it’s been really helpful, esp while traveling. They’ve been supporting of helping me find other strategies besides the typical advice of “don’t eat out” and stuff like that.
