I would definitely start looking sooner rather than later. Those would all raise questions in my mind and I think that is way too many red flags. It is taking people months to find something new so its better to start looking now so it gives you time to find something good

Then secondly there’s the old adage of “it’s always easier to find a job when you have a job”. I don’t necessarily believe that layoffs and restructuring is a reason to jump ship, but I think the exercise of job hunting will make you better.
I always keep your options open and on the search until you find a company you like. Keep showing up for work until you get the layoff notice or until you find something better.

If you can upskill and get any certifications/tuition reimbursement on the company before you go, do it!
