I have 3 year experience working at Deloitte Consulting and want to move on to a Sales role and Career. I currently make $110K, is this feasible comp to make starting out in Sales?. How can I learn about comp in your industry?

He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.

Can anyone share their experience on Effexor for depression and anxiety? I used to be on Zoloft, which worked great, except I gained so much weight and lost all libido. I’ve been in a smaller firm for a month or so now, and I am struggling to find allies or even collegiality. I have had multiple conversations with other associates who shit talk each other, and say things like A: “don’t talk to B because they don’t know anything…come to me instead” then hear things about A never having peoples backs/stabbing people in the back. Midlevel Corp NYC big law. Received a mixed bag review during mid-year review. Even positive and negative. My reviews over the years have had peaks and valleys. Worried about consistency. NY state practitioners, I have a citation question.

In motions filed in Supreme Court, I’ve seen lots of different citation styles. My biggest questions are parens vs brackets for dates and periods or no periods for reporters. Example: 156 A.D.3d 435 (1st Dep’t 2019) OR 156 AD3d 435 [1st Dep’t 2019].

Is there a right answer here? Will one or the other make me look like chump or an outsider? Thanks.
