Absolutely. Cash is king
Only if it helps me eventually get the job I want
Play through it in your mind and see what each path could look like. Sounds like you have a destination in mind so you should be able navigate to that.
30% of a small number is a small number. Wealth creation is a lifetime journey. Too many variables to give an absolute “no” but would not move for only money
No. That's too early in your career for a detour. Do what you actually want for the first 5 years. Then see if you still care about doing interesting work, or if you just want more money for a job you don't care about.
If you do want the money now, do some scenario planning. What happens to your long term plans if you do this for a few years? Is it better and realistic to get the same bump for a role more in line with your goals? Will you need to use the MBA as a reset button if you don't like the job? How will that role impact your exit options?
If it’s a stepping stone to where you want to be, absolutely, but keep in mind the first few jobs usually set the tone for your overall trajectory. Cash is only king until you make enough to live, then you don’t wanna be spending all that time and energy on something you hate for a nice 2 week vacation. The jobs that you take when you’re younger will either open or close doors, so evaluate it carefully. No amount of money can make up for hating every day.
I love money

30% of what? 30% of 70k is not so much. 30% of 200k is a different story
Yes and yes
