Nah
Google yes. Apple no.
It depends how you are calculating pay.. In consulting it is typically base salary and bonus.. In industry pay a big competent is equity / rsu and your vesting period which is equally important. I know of colleagues who have moved to industry on more or less same base pay but their bonus structure and equity has been really high so when you look at total yearly compensation they have seen it rise from 30 - 100% raise.
Depends on the position. If it's low level then I wouldn't, but you could also gain a lot of really interesting insights and experience!
It would be for the same thing at Apple as I'm doing at Deloitte (tech) but I would be a manager (current SC) But with the move to Cali/cost of living it would definitely be a salary cut, so not sure if it's worth it.
Both are hellholes - just real big companies now.

I would not unless you really want to quit. If you are not married and have no kids then it is a different story. Then again to each their own. Apple's work culture is pretty rigid from what I've heard.
I will pay Google and apple for the privilege to work there
