This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

Recently accepted a job in oracle/financial systems consulting. I have some experience in systems but mostly FP&A and operations. I have a few cloud certifications as well.

How tough will it be for me to get up to speed and are there any recommended trainings I should do? Please let me know!

Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. I can’t help but feel stuck in my career. I’m a licensed attorney in another country, but been working as a law clerk in a firm for about a year now. I was hoping to take the NY bar in February but the foreign law graduate restrictions won’t allow. Now, I have to wait till July! I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.
