Take a page out of your coworker’s book and realize that we work to live and not live to work.

If your coworker takes last minute personal days constantly, it probably already doesn’t reflect too well on them but there really is no need for you to get involved. I get that it negatively impacts you and the team but at the end of the day, it’s just work and telling on your coworker really won’t help you.

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
