Which carries more clout (“senior manager” vs “associate director”) at your org? Team involves digital strat, ops, implementation at well-known co and trying to reflect high level of the role but concerned SM mistranslates

The position details mentions a salary range between $89,000 - $95,000. I'm in Chicago and have 2 years experience I'm fintech and close to 9 years in customer service which they seem interested in. Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). Hello all! I am an associate underwriter in commercial lines for a regional carrier in Boston. I have been in this role for a year. I graduated college in 2019. I was in Sales for a about a year and a half then switched to this role. I make $56 a year. I know my company underpays it’s employees but I am curious how much more I could be making? I’m 1yr out of law school and in-house but I’ve been boxed into a role I don’t want. Often tasked with admin work while my white male counter part (graduated the same year as me) gets to work with different teams. I’ve tried asking for new assignments and to work with other teams but my boss is not supportive.
