Bain & Company Can any Bain & Company fish provide insight on Bain's expense policy? When WFH, at client site (outside of based city) and when working with local client...
It would also be helpful to provide insight on travel policy - first class in which flights, always 5-star hotels? Etc.
Thank you!

Yes totally ! Travelling in blore traffic sucks big time .
Yeah if wfh ends the first thing comes to mind for banglore guys is traffic
WFH definitely has its perks alot of them actually, so I am all for it. But the professional growth we experience while in a collaborative small group is unparalleled, the networking, the connections and qualities you imbibe on the go, that is something people with less experience will definitely feel in later stages who have not yet experienced it.
Yes, totally, you get to spend quality time with family and get good opportunities to save more and invest for future. So I'll be happy if it's extended.
tech guys will definitely vouch for it. But for sales management and where relationships play a big role in making and building contracts and projects like sales pitch and investment banking decisions will require working at times with vendors/clients and probably in office spaces would want that engagement and separation of work life atmosphere.
For instances consultants working and travelling and billing clients really love it. For eg Michael Clayton
+1 WFH anytime, no traffic tension, no climate change tension, no dressing up sense, no travel tension...anytime WFH only
Definately..
No. Need to connect with my team. It's been too long!

I would like to continue, personally.
Definitely
WFH was best at when I was staying in my hometown. But it sucks now after moved to City for personal reasons(base location). Bit jealous about all you are loving WFH and Saving more than 70%
I personally feel WFH is best model for Future.
Though this model's actual productivity and overall benefits can't be judged in this pandemic period because this was a forced work from home, where no one use to go outside because of fear, they use to work more due to the fear of loosing job in bad world's economic condition.
Let's try this model in a no fear environment for at least 3 to 5 years which should be called WORK FROM ANY WHERE and then evaluate the actuals.
There could be a potential danger mostly to the service providing companies, or there could be a very different IT professionals world after that.
Yes, it saves a lot of everything! Gas, time, health.
Yes
It's good upto sometimes. But, I miss fun time within work space, going for lunch, breakfast, tea break together. Also, no real connection (little bit cliche it may seems).
It's fine upto some level, but you can't just work from home all the time. If I would have given option, I would select WFH till December, then office if covid cases not increase
