How do law firms get away with telling lawyers they have “2 weeks paid vacation” but still require a full 2,000 billable hour requirement with 0 hours credited towards any “vacation.” That’s not really a vacation so don’t call it that. 4 years into this gig and I’m just still baffled by it all.

Quick thought: tests per mil measure is not ideal bc someone could test neg then be tested repeatedly until they go positive, then again negative if cured. E.g., doctors. Ppl tested per M is better.
