Hello everyone! I need some advice on how to approach this situation. I am on a team that does not work well together at all. It is stressful and I usually have to make decisions concerning our grade level alone. One teacher never does assigned duties, completes lesson plans, or attends meetings. The other teacher yells and complains all day. They both leave early everyday. How should I express my concerns with admin? I no longer want to work with these individuals.
