Lol Covid isn’t over. Capitalism thinks it is. But Omicron is still hanging around and new variants from out in Europe will absolutely make its way here. I have family in the medical field and they’ve had a lot more patients test positive over the last couple of weeks.

It very well could be though.

I lived in a densely populated city in the west with high tourism. Our city is completely reopened, and you rarely see a mask. Most people I interact with are upset with the restrictions that were in place previously

?? It's been 2 years of pandemic and you draw an entire conclusion of the GLOBAL situation based in one trip to the city? This isn't over. It might have been forgotten for now, we might be in a "relax" time off. But it isn't over. Sorry =/. Where I live 50% have masks, in some places is still mandatory and people I know are still getting sick.

I wasen't talking about your personal view or feelings about the situation (off topic). I'm speaking from a statistical point of view and associated government measures. I don't live in USA.

Surface spread was bunked a long time ago, so hand sanitizer was one of the first things to go by the wayside.

Maybe you're not up on current events if you're discussing what happened the past two years and not what's happening now.

What restrictions do you still have today? That you need to wear a piece of cloth over your face to fly? Oh noes! Defeated by a cloth! Who knew humans were so weak!

I am vaccinated and boosted, and just tested positive, so for some of us it doesn’t feel like it’s over.

CE1 youre way more toxic

Wow. This opened a can of worms. Reminds me of why I choose to live in a rural area where people are more relaxed and nice to each other.

Dont even bother with these folks, they follow the church of Fauci.

I’m vaccinated and boosted and living “normally” most others are the same at this point.

I had a panel interview on 3/24 and I haven’t heard back at all. I was informed they will get back to me with a decision and would be interviewing other candidates in the meantime. I sent a follow up email on 3/31 and haven’t heard back. Is this normal? Or would I be able to send another email?

Hi all, I need help on a hairy situation. I have a mentor who is a Sr. Director in my firm and she will be moving from the Accounts side of the business to my practice in the Sr. Director role. Lately I’ve noticed that there seems to be a bunch of micro aggressions aimed at me. She has shut me down in meetings or teams messages where others are involved. She also seems to disagree with most things I say that are small things but she will express it in a strong way. (Cont.)

I can’t make a decision EY VS PWC. Money wise pretty much the same. Team wise I love both. Pros for EY: special team in my area and I can just do that. (PWC could have that too I just didn’t interview with them) Cons for EY: Their round table and promotion is off by one busy season. A lot can happen in one busy season (if I’m not ready this season I can be ready next). Pros for PWC: round table and promotion right away. Higher bonus. Cons for PWC: not sure if team is specialized in my area.
