Worked for both. Publicis has a ton of benefits because they’re french and a lot of days off but not entering Cannes and Marcel basically are testaments to the kind of work being produced. WPP is a lot of BS. There are some examples of awesome work being produced, but they are far and few. IMO: WPP > Publicis but this is like comparing spoiled french cheese to a british double decker that’s on fire.

Hey! My company is giving me a new title (previously: Senior PMM, new: Global Lead of product marketing). The roles are very similar with no material change of responsibilities. it’s the result of a re-org. Also, I’ve been deemed a high performer and approaching my 1 yr review.

In any case, as I’m waiting on the official letter, they have been very vague that they’re will be a compensation increase. In fact, this hasn’t been presented as a promotion. How would you approach this conversation?
