Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

How do you all reconcile your current very high salaries with living a normal lifestyle? For example, my spouse is in big law and I make 25% of that salary (also a lawyer). Presumably, if the spouse leaves big law, there would be a massive drop in salary. We want to buy a forever home. Traveled with a girl friend I’ve only been friends with for a year and she got super intoxicated and started grabbing men’s butts at a bar.
