I’m a legal assistant with an opportunity to potentially take a role as a Trust Coordinator at a big private equity/wealth management law firm.
There’s growth potential to Trust Advisor and to get financial credentials.

Would this be a smart transition? I’ve always had an interest in finance but don’t know anyone who’s been in a trust Coordinator/officer/advisor role and I feel like I need more info on job satisfaction, stress levels, etc.

PLEASE HELP! I’m a first year commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm. I am deciding between two offers. One is to go in-house paying roughly the same as I make now. The second offer is from big law as a commercial real estate associate, paying double.

Hi! I’m a first-year associate working at a large regional firm. I attended a well-ranked, but regional law school and my grades weren’t stellar. School was never very motivating for me, and I put way more effort into internships and networking than my studies during law school. Luckily, I love to network and landed an awesome job at a big firm. Eventually, I’m hoping to work in-house. My question is this, will my grades always follow me? I’ve heard that with time and experience, not so much.

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
