I have 3 YOE and and MS and I’m noticing that many managers and people who have 10+ yoe are very behind when it comes to their data technologies specifically, lacking in Python and cloud . Why is this with data being such a fast moving field why aren’t this people riding to the occasion of learning? Most of them just stick to SQL and excel 😅

Anyone have recommendations on how to handle being reassigned to a new boss in your org? I have no interaction with this person and have always worked directly for the CoFounder. More often than not, he comes to me for advice since I’m significantly more experienced with our company’s product. I personally think he is inept and a bullshitter.
