Also, getting a role of an Associate at BCC worth it and will be it valuable in my next switch?

Went straight into ad agency work after college, 2 years into it and might be promoted soon. Though it’s a privilege, I’m really unmotivated and don’t look forward to work or finding a new job.
Thinking if I don’t pause now, I won’t be able to take it when I’m older and have more responsibilities.
Wiser seasoned folks, what should I consider in my decision?

Does everyone get a fleeing thought of suicide at some point in time? Case in point earlier today when I was taking the escalator up (it’s the type where you can see the ground floor even if you are on fourth floor), out of nowhere the thought of jumping over the guardrail and falling into the ground floor came to my mind

Has anyone heard of steadily insurance? Looking at new employment options and saw them posting on indeed and Glassdoor for remote sales. Saying $185k ote. The reviews just look very suspicious to me, like they are fake.

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.

I have accepted and submitted all the docs for Morgan Stanley BGV process, for additional docs , I got mail from the csi bgv team, I provided all the requested documents and also got confirmation mail back, like thanks for providing the docs.
