My friend who has experience of 2.5 years went for in interview in Infosys for automation testing. He had the salary package of 4lpa in tcs and Infosys just offered him 5.5lpa fixed, the incident is of 4 months old....Please suggest like does companies like Infosys give this much less less hike to automation engineers(selenium with Java one)? Or is there any saturation period going on in Infosys then? Or is it because automation engineer isn't a developer? GUYS PLEASE SUGGEST.
