Have you informed work yet? I feel like this really helped me make sure boundaries were respected better. It didn’t solve all my problems, but it moved the needle in a more manageable direction. The good news is that you’re hopefully going to receive some respite from the fatigue and nausea in the second trimester. I felt like myself again once I got to 14w. Hang in there! You’ll be there before you know it ✨

Only a couple more weeks and you should be feeling good! I had no energy around this time and had to tell my boss and it was helpful. Just ask for a bit of a break until your second trimester. It typically passes soon but you’re in the thick of it. Good luck!
I hate assholes. Stay tough
I was in your shoes - dealing with first trimester symptoms and busy season expectation. Just try to take it easy and have boundaries (aka i ignore calls after 8pm/ emails after 9pm, take naps whenever i can). As long as the work is done and you’re overly communicated, i think the upper management will understand. Also, i have to tell my boss that i have a bunch of appointments (some of those are for my naps too lol), but since i get the work done I didn’t receive any push back. Hang in there!
I was in the same boat and decided to tell my supervisor early because I was not able to keep up with work... I was borderline HG and could hardly keep food down, let alone mentally function. I also had 3 MC since starting at this company so I was kind of tired of just sucking it up every time I was pregnant and sick... and then dealing with the hormones and grief after without taking time off. Once the whole story was out there they were super supportive and understanding... hopefully your supervisor isn't an ahole and you get the support you need. And if thwy dont....just remember... Baby is the most important thing, work would replace you in a heartbeat.
